Shipping Policy
At AUXO, we aim to make shipping simple and transparent.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times vary depending on the product and destination, and available estimates will be shown during the ordering process whenever applicable.
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided for your order. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your AUXO purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can review the issue.
For other return requests, please reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Please request return instructions before sending any item back. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return.
Once an approved return is received and reviewed, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
